Binge-watching TV leads to less sleep, according to a new survey by SleepRate.
The company surveyed more than 200 adults that used a streaming video service (such as Netflix) about their viewing habits and tiredness. Eighty-two percent admitted to staying up later than their usual bedtime to stare at their screens. And when they binge-watched, many participants reported only getting between two to three hours of sleep that night! So it’s no surprise that 77 percent said that they felt sluggish the day after these all-night TV marathons.
