Hectic schedules, vacations, allergies, and warmer weather are the cause for more stress and less sleep for some during the summer months, according to a new survey by SleepRate, a company that offers sleep improvement plans based on methods from the Stanford Sleep Clinic via a smart phone app.
The first day of summer is Saturday, June 21, and one-third of Americans are starting to feel stressed, the survey finds.
