Thanks to the millions upon millions of dollars companies have thrown at their brand images, we’ve grown accustomed to conceptualizing corporate personality largely as a matter of external perceptions. Paying attention to how your brand is perceived can make the difference between loyal customers and churning ones, but perceptions aren’t the whole story.
