The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a personality test designed to shed light on how an individual may experience the world and make decisions, while providing insight into their potential patterns of perception and judgment.
There are 16 personality types, according to the MBTI. One of these types is the Extraversion, Intuition, Thinking and Judging (ENTJ) personality type. These traits refer to how a person directs and receives energy, comes to conclusions, takes in information and approaches the outside world.
