The pandemic created a wave of demand for new tech to meet business needs, and startups like data analytics firm Promethium have been able to ride the momentum.
Promethium landed a $26 million Series A investment round on Tuesday, led by Insight Partners with participation from existing investors 406 Ventures and Zetta Venture Partners. The round brings the Silicon Valley-based startup’s total funding to $34.5 million since its launch in 2018.
Promethium’s pitch to investors hinged on selling its product as a way to fill the gaps in current data management strategies with its analytics product, CEO and founder Kaycee Lai tells Insider.
